A note about color:
Although we attempt to represent our colors as accurately as possible, we cannot guarantee that the color shown on your computer will exactly match the actual garment. The tone of light on the fabric can make it appear different, as will computer monitors and printers. All of our retailers have all of our fabric swatches for you to examine in person.

Q: Can I purchase dresses directly from you?
A: No. We only sell our dresses to authorized retailers. You can find the retailer nearest you by using our store locator on this web site. You can however purchase them online at Victoria's Bridal Couture.

Q: How much do your dresses cost?
A: Retailers individually determine the prices of the dresses. Therefore, you must contact one of our retailers to obtain pricing information.

Q: Where can I obtain a fabric swatch?
A: Swatches can be obtained through retailers where you plan to purchase a dress.

Q: Do your dresses come in colors other than those shown on this web site?
A: Yes. Some of our styles are available in additional colors. Please contact an authorized retailer.
Q: Do you make Jr. Bridesmaids or Flower Girl dresses?
A: No. However, our retailers can sell you fabric so you can have a dress made to coordinate with the rest of the bridal party.
Q: What sizes are your dresses available in?
A: Dresses are available in sizes 0 - 26.
Q: Can I order a dress in a different fabric?
A: No. Dresses are available only in the fabric specified.
Q: One of my bridesmaids is pregnant. Do you make maternity dresses?
A: No. We do not carry maternity dresses. However, many of our styles can be altered to accommodate the pregnant bridesmaid. Your retailer will assist you in determining what extra measures must be taken.
Q: Can you send me a picture of the Front/Back of a certain style?
A: No. The pictures that appear in our catalogs and on the web site are the only photos available. Please visit an authorized retailer that carries a sample of that particular style.
Q: How far in advance should I order my dresses?
A: Normal delivery is about 3 months. You should contact your authorized retailer for more information.
